Post Falls, ID, July 1, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lenore Cristine McDonald, Case Manager at Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of social work.

Lenore Cristine McDonald recently joined Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital to provide patients with information related to their stay at the hospital (schedule family care conferences, etc) and information related to discharging home. She also acts as a "buffer" between patients and staff when disagreements about care arise and is the first line of defense when staff detect symptoms of depression in patients as she immediately provides 1:1 counseling.

Ms. McDonald received her Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University and graduated with honors from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Social Work. She previously worked as a social worker at Hospice of Spokane in Spokane, WA.
