Pittsburgh, PA, July 18, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lynnette Olivia Walker, BA, Senior Account Representative of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Patient Business Services Department, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare administration.

Lynnette Olivia Walker, BA joined the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Patient Business Services Department in 2002 after working in the transportation, restaurant and finance industries. As senior account representative, she acts as a liaison between patients and insurance companies and maintains patients' records. She attributes her success to hard work and strong leadership skills. She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Gerontology and holds a Bachelor or Arts in Public Administration from the University, where she was named to the National Dean's List. Ms. Walker also completed coursework at Western Business School and the University of South Carolina at Salkehatchie and took part in the International Scholar Laureate Program, which allowed her to attend sessions of Parliament and travel to Australia.

Ms. Walker sits on the educational committee of the Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ. In 2008, she was named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in the Healthcare industry.
