With 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Gorman attributes his success to the support he received from his mentors. His responsbilities at Harrington Memorial Hospital include scheduling, staffing, managing patient care, planning emergency measures, and acting as a liaison between physicians and patients.

Mr. Gorman is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses and the American Nurses Association. In 2009, he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a concentration in General Nursing, from the University of Phoenix.

Harrington Memorial Hospital is a non-profit institution, which officially opened its doors on September 7, 1931, with a capacity of 34 beds, 6 children's cribs, and 13 bassinets.
