OWENSBORO, KY, December 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Frances Meserve, Director of Quality Compliance and Education at the Hospice of Western Kentucky, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

For three years, Ms. Meserve has been the director of quality compliance and education at the Hospice of Western Kentucky. Her daily responsibilities include managing the quality committee, deadlines and job audits, collecting data and keeping up-to-date on new regulations and laws. In 2010, she received a bachelor's degree in health care administration from American Intercontinental University. Ms. Meserve is a member of The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.
