As Manager of the Immunology Ward at Jackson Memorial Hospital for the Jackson Health System and throughout her brilliant 30 year professional career, Cleo has consistently performed at a spectacular level.

Jackson Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system consisting of Jackson Memorial Hospital, multiple primary and specialty care facilities, a variety of school-based clinics and two long-term care nursing facilities as well as numerous other facilities dedicated to healthcare.

Established in 1918, Jackson Memorial Hospital is an accredited, tax-assisted, tertiary teaching hospital with more than 1,500 licensed beds. In conjunction with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine faculty, Jackson Memorial provides a wide range of patient services, educational programs, a clinical setting for research activities and a number of health-related community services.

Cleo oversees all of the office needs and is actively involved in ensuring patient satisfaction as well as being responsible for all physical accountability at the hospital and going over procedures with employees.

Mrs. Parker-Smith earned her Master's Degree in Management from St. Thomas University in 2000. She is a candidate for the Doctorate Program in Miami. Cleo is a member of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurse and a Legal Nurse Consultant
