NEW YORK, NY, April 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Dr. Anahita Dabo-Trubelja, Physician & Anesthesiologist for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of critical care medicine.

Dr. Dabo-Trubelja is recognized as a specialist in treating patients who are critically ill. She has six years of experience in her current position at Sloan Kettering, where she is responsible for performing anesthesia procedures in the operating room, pediatric unit, gastrointestinal suite, and critical care and intensive care units. She completed her fellowship in 2002 at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and her residency in 2001 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her family.

Originally from Croatia, Dr. Dabo-Trubelja received her MD in 1988 from the University of Zagreb. Her professional affiliations include the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Dabo-Trubelja looks forward to more years with Sloan-Kettering and aspires to take on more international work.
