CHURCHVILLE, NY, April 09, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Avis Lipson, Principal Consultant, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare consulting.

With 40 years of experience in her field, Ms. Lipson is responsible for offering consultations on new healthcare initiatives. In the past, she has been employed by three healthcare facilities as Director; the Shared Medical Systems Corporation, the Siemens Medical Solutions and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Associations. She attributes her success to her dedication, commitment, team building skills, teaching ability, as well as her process improvement and problem solving skills.

In 1994, Ms. Lipson graduated magna cum laude from The College at Brockport, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a minor in Economics. A member of the fellowship committee for her local church, she is the recipient of a Circle of Excellence Award from Siemens Medical Solutions and two certificates for superior performance and customer service from Shared Medical Systems. In 1989, Ms. Lipson was recognized by Healthcare Informatics magazine as one of the top ten hospital information technology directors. That recognition was based on the redesign and post conversion of technology issues for the healthcare facility and staff that she spearheaded.
