William F. Hathaway works directly with dietitians/nutritionists to provide dietary choices for hospital patients

VICTORVILLE, CA, May 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William F. Hathaway, Director of Nutritional Services for Victor Valley Community Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in his career.

With 12 years of professional experience, Mr. Hathaway attributes his success to the support he receives from his mentors and staff members. As the director of nutritional services, he is in charge of overseeing food service operations, working with dietitians in planning up-to-date dietary choices for individuals, and managing the dining area for staff and visitors.

Mr. Hathaway is a certified dietary manager. In 1997, he received his Associate Degree in Restaurant Management from Victor Valley College. He is a member of the Dietary Managers Association and The Phi Beta Kappa Society.
