Kate is responsible for clinical and operational quality improvement for 26 hospitals and 30 behavioral health systems. During her collegiate career, she earned a Master's degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Health Services Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Webster University. Kate serves as President of the Missouri Healthcare Executive Group. She is also a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, and Sigma Theta Tau.
