Brenda Bostrom, RN Dedicates 27 Years to Bettering her Patients
Ms. Bostrom became a health care professional through the inspiration she received from her mother's nurses

SISSETON, SD, July 22, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brenda K. Bostrom, Registered Nurse with Coteau Des Prairies Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in nursing.

Ms. Bostrom felt compelled to become involved in the nursing profession after witnessing the compassion her mother's nurses displayed and its positive effect on the spirits of her entire family. With 27 years of experience, she has developed an expertise in patient care through her daily functions of nursing in the emergency room, obstetrics and gynecology departments and the medical-surgical and pediatric units. As a Cambridge VIP in 2010, she notes that her dedication to the hospital defines her career, thus she resounds it as her greatest achievement.

To coincide with an associate degree in nursing, Ms. Bostrom is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in the same subject. She holds certifications in pediatric advanced life support and advanced cardiac life support. When she is free of her professional duties, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. With her drive, determination and family's support, Ms. Bostrom has achieved prevalent successes in her tenure with Coteau Des Prairies Hospital that will not let up as she enters the next season of her career.
