Ginger Todd specializes in adult medicine for chronic illness

PUEBLO, CO, August 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ginger Todd, Physician Assistant-Certified at Pueblo Community Health Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in patient care.

As a certified physician assistant, Ms. Todd facilitates patient care by handling the administration of medications and providing diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive health care services. She participates in lab testing, implements procedures and administers acute care. Specializing in the area of adult medicine for chronic illness, Ms. Todd helps patients by giving them the medications that they need to achieve optimal health.

Ms. Todd earned a master's degree in medical science from Arcadia University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and AFPAA. She was inspired to pursue a career as a certified physician assistant by her experience of dealing with her own health issues while in college and receiving support from a physician assistant. She attributes her success to the endless amount of encouragement she receives from the people she works with. Ms. Todd hopes to hold a management or supervisory position in the near future, and is also interested in teaching nursing and physician assistant students in the coming years.
