Jean Johnson successfully parlayed her patient care experience into a second career marketing medical products

A seasoned respiratory therapist, Ms. Johnson has parlayed 36 years of patient care experience into a second career marketing medical products. She celebrates her 18 years of medical sales at CareFusion, a global corporation serving the health care industry with products and services that help hospitals measurably improve patient care. She was honored in 2006 with inclusion in the Chairman's and President's Club and recognized from 1995 to 1996 for being Number One in Sales for her product line. Noted for her expertise in respiratory therapy, she is charged primarily with overseeing a sales team dedicated to high frequency oscillatory ventilators for critical care patients. Ms. Johnson, who became involved in health care as a high school student, attributes her success and longevity to her energy, drive to excel and openness to new opportunities.

Ms. Johnson underwent training in respiratory therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, S.C. She became a registered respiratory therapist through the American Association for Respiratory Care and a licensed registered respiratory therapist through the State of Florida.
